I have no idea why it's been so difficult to find answers to simple problems, like how to fix a header that's cut off on one side. I changed my header size and it reverted back to being cut off on the right side on Firefox. I tried tweaking all kinds of stuff in the HTML but nothing fixed it. I just HAPPENED to find this post on TCBOTB when I was looking at how to do something else.
Here you have it: The Cutest Blog on the Block explains in detail (and with cute step by step pictures) how to center blogger your header (which should fix the cut off sides issue - just make sure to change 650px to however many pixels wide your header is). Note: this fix is for Simple and Picture Window blogger templates. I use Simple. IDK if this will work for other templates.
