Just when I thought I was getting somewhere, I log on to a different computer with different web browsers and notice that my header - among other things - looks different. In Firefox 4, it was cut off on one side. In general, it just didn't look lined up right either.
Here's the fix I found (note: I use the Simple blogger template, not Awesome Inc as the poster here did)...

The question answerer operates Tweak My Blogger.
I made mine 1100px instead of 1000px because my header is 1100px (pixels) wide. I'll probably change it down to 1000 once I get back on my other computer and see that 1100px is way too big.
